William Liu

Chairman and Managing Partner

William started his career in the IT industry in 1970 after obtaining his BSc (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Manchester, UK and a MSc in Operational Research & Management Studies from the Imperial College of London. In a period spanning over 30 years, he has held senior positions and board membership in many international and local companies, including start-ups. Apart from Stream Global, he is also currently the Chairman of W3 Infocomm Group Pte Ltd, an investment holding company. Today he also sits on the Board of a number of start-up companies in the emerging technology and ICT space.
