KC is an experienced business leader with 25 years track record in business and organizational transformation in Asia Pacific. He was the CEO (Asia Pacific) of Atos Origin and held global executive role for 11 years; and held senior roles with IBM Consulting, CSC Consulting & Accenture.

KC holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne (Australia) and an MBA from the Macquarie University (Australia). He has also attended executive management courses at London Business School (UK) & IMD (Switzerland). He has been profiled by CNBC on the “Managing Asia” programme and interviewed on CNBC’s CEO Sqwak Box, eInsights and Channels News Asia’s programme.

Area of Interests

KC pioneered the “Turn Vision into Results” framework and effective use of Corporate War Room. He has helped clients to achieve better strategic positioning and achieve superior performance. He has consulted to a wide range of organizations in the area of Vision & Strategy, Business and IT Strategy Alignment, IT Enabled Business Transformation, Performance Management, Organizational Change and Leadership Development. He has written articles on “Customer-Focused Transformation Labs”, “Strategy Traps”, and “Corporate War Room”. His venture investment interests are in the areas of IDM, Infocomm Technologies and IT Enabled Innovative Services.
